This page depicts their legacy they were married Dec. 26 1929 and the picture of the 2 of them was taken 20 years later and 15 children and they went on to have at least one more child after that....the rest of the pictures were taken in 1979 at their 50th anniversary with all their children in the top picture, except one the youngest which they had lost a year early to a car accident.....the photo below that is some of their grandchildren at the time and the small one off to the side is the greats....so I would say they had quite a Journey and a wonderful legacy and were so loved.
For my page I used some paper from S.E.I. sketch from Laura Whitaker over at Stuck Sketches....used Martha Stewart border punch burlap flower and a few stickers and beads, looks like it is missing something but didn't want to over do.
Hope you have enjoyed my grandparents journey and hope to be back by the week-end with another layout.
Hugs
Beth

What an amazing journey to document, its wonderful to see these people still together despite a world where everything has become disposable. Hope we can all follow in their footsteps (well maybe not 16 children...) Thankyou for sharing at Lasting memories!
