Inspiration #28 Home Sweet Home

I have been so busy today working on my project for Cuttlebug Challenges it has taking me all day to get this done but I think it turned out really cute I decorated a wooden bird house I have had forever a couple of the gals on the DT had done bird house so I thank you for the inspiration.
Here is what I came up with.
This is the view from the front the box has a little draw in it where the perch is.
This is a shot at an angle to show the cuttlebug embossing.
I used Mod Podge to add the papers DP is from DCWV and is called Nana's Nursery Baby Girl
I added strips of green around the eaves that was punched with one of Martha Stewart's eyelet lace punchthe roof is covered in Regal Rose from SU and embossed with Swiss Dot also embossed a piece for the peak with one of cuttlebugs border folders and inked with regal rose stamped Home Sweet Home with SU Chocolate Chip ink using Provo Craft Alphabet Soup stamps, butterfly sticker bird MS punch and that is about it.
I think I am going to give this to my Mom for Mother's Day might stash some tea in the drawer.

Wow Beth, you've outdone yourself with this one! Absolutely gorgeous and well worth all of the effort! Your Mom will truly treasure this, such a gorgeous gift to give her. You sound as bad as me, spotting things you know you can alter then hoarding them for ever, lol! You've put this to great use anyway! Thanks as always for playing along with us at www.cuttlebugchallenge.blogspot.com
