Drum Roll Please

Today is the day for drawing a winner for my blog candy I had so much fun reading everyone's memories some atually brought tears to my eyes and others gave me warm fuzzy feelings.

Guess what time it is Candy Time.

I hit the 25,000 mark last week with visitors and decided it was time to give away some more candy I will keep this at the top of my blog until Dec. 15 so you have until than to leave me a comment.
I am going to share my favorite memory of Christmas which has to be the first year my granddaughter Brittany was old enough to enjoy Christmas the look on her face was priceless.

Sunflower & Dragonflies Challenge #21 Baby it's Cold Outside


Wouldn't you like to be the proud owner s of these two little beauties well come a little closer and I will tell you how you could possibly have a set of your own all you have to do is make a card or a project using something depicting the cold if you have some of Beth's gorgeous stamps use them and you will get a second chance to have your name thrown in the hat after you have made your project be sure and go to Sunflowers and Dragonflies and leave a link to your project in the comments section we would love to see what you creations. Now if you would like to see my creation this week here it is I have a little altered wooden shovel I bought at Michael's the other day

Ipainted this little shovel with gold and white acrylic paints stamped the image with Palette Black Noir ink on the shovel part and colored with Stampin Up markers added rub-on's around the edge wrapped ribbon on handle than die cut the cuttlebug snowflake twice joined with a brad and adhered.

SSHP10 Christmas Flowers

Well I am getting in under the wire on this weeks challenge Saturday Spotlight's Challenge this week was to create a card with Christmas flowers of course my favorite Christmas flower is the poinsettia so that was the image I used I believe this image is from I Brake For Stamps if not it is one of Stubby Stampers

I think I got a little carried away with the glitter but I stamped my image 3 or 4 times cut out the petals and layered I used the new snowflake cuttlebug folder on Shimmer white cardstock from SU and Real Red. markers are also SU added beads to the centers with a little yellow stickles.
