Still Scrapping Christmas

Well no Olivia today instead we have her Auntie Hannah the middle child, (heehee) this is my beautiful, and bright granddaughter Hannah she will be 13 this month I can not believe how she has grown.

the papers on this page are from Michael's Recollections set and embellishments used are K & Co and Paper House inked the edges of the papers with Distress Inks Walnut Stain and Red Brick.

Well that's it for me today off to get ready to go out to eat see you later.

Owl Always Love You

Good morning Peeps hope everyone is having a super duper week-end......speaking of super who do you like in the Super Bowl being from Md. I guess I am hoping the Ravens win.
Today I have a card and pillow box to share with you I found this adorable little item on The Queens Scene. 

I am not sure I am happy with the pillow box owl, I used the Sizzix die for it next time I think I will use my Cricut and make it a little bigger.

The card is for Daydream Designs and used three different items from Diane's Store the first being Owl Always Love You Outline images you can also purchase these already colored Here.....now as some of you know I am taking Photoshop classes well I colored Mr. Owl here on the computer not bad hey?
Next printed out the sentiment also from Daydream Design...next we have the designer papers my printer does not do these justice look so much better at Diane's Store but still love them they are from the set called Man of Mine digi pack also used my cuttlebug along with embossing folders and nestabilities.

Christmas Morning

Afternoon peeps as promised I am back today with another layout this time of my grandson he is the apple of my eye such a sweet caring little guy.

Poor little fellow felt so bad Christmas day but was a trooper and hung with us.

This is another sketch from Scrapbook Etc. paper is Recollections from Michaels called Peppermint Twist bought it after Christmas for 3.99 was originally 19.99 what a deal.

The embellishments are from a paper stack I have had for years called Very Merry added a stickle bit of stickles to the tree to give it some glitz.

Well I am off to try and clean my craftroom if you do not hear from me in a couple of days please send out "Search and Rescue" LOL.

Good Sunday afternoon peeps guess what I have for you today ....another layout of Miss Olivia.......I sure hope I am knot boring you with my beautiful little great-grand.
The pictures in this page were taken on Wed. while I was babysitting I kept trying to get her to smile but the little stinker did everything but.

My sketch is from Scrapbook Etc. and the papers Lush 2 Navy-My Minds Eyes the background paper is yellowish not green and the bow is not as bright as it looks here.my flowers and leaves were cut from the CTMH Artiste Cricut cartridge and the word Smile from the Walk in My Garden cartridge.

Tomorrow I should have a page with our little guy for you...guess not so little anymore since he will be 11 on Thurs.

Crocheting Hats

Hello peeps I have been busy crocheting again found these cute patterns over at The Velvet Acorn the first one is  Zoie Slouchy she has some darling patterns for sale.

 This is my granddaughter Brittany modeling her hat  isn't she beautiful

The next one is Feyona cap and  my daughter modeling this one I made one alteration with this one it called for ties with pom-poms but daughter did not want them.

 The yarn I used on this hat is called Loops and Thread Cozy Wool yarn I purchased at Michael's

And here is a shot of the back with a big old pom pom.

Now one last picture remember when I was making the cocoons and hats for Miss Olivia well here she is modeling her outfit.

Well that is it for me this evening it is snowing here I love the snow we have had heavy rains for 4 days so the snow is a nice change.

I love Owls

And these Owl's from Daydream Designs are so dang cute that I just had to make me a card using them.
First off I have to give credit for this cute pop-up card Darlene over at Darlene's Designs thank you for such a great tutorial. Next be sure and check out this cutie over at Diane's store My Daydream Designs the link is for the colored version I used the plain.

This is the outside made mine just a tad bit different than Darlene the sentiments are from Having A Party sentiment sheet also from Diane's store.....I used my Prismacolor pencils and gamsol to color my images.

Now this is the fun part of the card those cute little owls popped out. Excuse my musical notes they did not work well may have to cover them up and artist I'm not.
