Masculine Mini Album

good afternoon peeps have another Mini for you today.......I have made both granddaughters one and could not leave out my only grandson so went hunting for something that would be appropriate for a 12 year old boy....very heavy with photo's so please bear with me.

First of all I found this mini at Pinterest  at this sweet lady over at A creative Operation did a you tube tutorial on it she called her album Happy Days album mine is more I'd Rather Be Hunting as you will see.
I had such a fun time with the cover of this album my stamp is Large Owl from IBFS love that guy...he was stamped on a piece of glassy card stock that had been inked with Rangers Alcohol inks added baling twine, paper leaves, real tree twigs metal charm that I stamped create on and frame is from Spellbinder die cuts.

This is the spine as you can see pretty wide, stamped Lucien out on piece of scrape adhered it to a leather frame and glued to spine.

This is the opening that I tied with the baling twine now I will show you the inside...each page has an envelope covered with designer paper on one side and than pockets on the other, the envelopes each have a tag in them to use for pictures so you could easily put about 40.....4x6.....snapshots in this book if not more.

when opened you have actually 2 albums one on each side of the cover.

on the left-side page I used a counter top sample from hardware store thought it would make a cool frame.

on this page I made a little fishing pole.

I hope I haven't bored you with all my pictures paper is from The Paper Studio at Hobby Lobby and is called I'd Rather Be Hunting assortment of stamps IBFS, Stampin-Up and Inkadinado.

For Somebunny Special

Well happy rainy Mon. from down here in Va. have a sweet little Easter card to share today using stamps from IBFS....not sure about this card I like it but I don't think it is because I think it is a little the paper, will let you my readers decide.

my card was made using my envelope punch board and my main image is a cute little stamp called Bunny Tail End I colored that cutie with Spectrum Noir markers and added liquid applique to the tale.....I also made my bow using the punch board love that thing. I think my paper is from a company called Lydia it was a reduced item I bought at either Hobby Lobby or Michael's

Now the sentiment on the inside is also from IBFS....For Somebunny Special...used the negative side of my cardstock that I had punch with Spellbinders scalloped nestibilitie and than cut a smaller one and added to the middle. Stamped sentiment using Memento Tuxedo Black which can also be purchased at IBFS.

That's it for me today but before I go Della has some new sheets of stamps and also has clearance and overstock stamps on sale and as always if you use my code you can save 10% on your entire order sale items or regular priced...the code is SAVE10BETH just insertit in your order before paying.

Thanks for looking...see you tomorrow.

Another Boxed Mini Album

Good Friday Peeps....yeah the week-end is I have another of the boxed Mini Albums for you, I have been working on this one for days I am giving it to my oldest granddaughter Brittany to use for picture of her and Olivia.....Brittany is a huge OWL fan so that is what I went with.

For starters I used Kidlets Stack Pack from DCWV......I had lots of fun with the lid as you can see I cut the tree out using my Cricut and the Cindy Loo cartridge ran it through the Cuttlebug embossing folder to make it look like wood, colored the leaves with my I inked the wooden tiles with Rangers Vintage Photo distress inks......grass was done with the Martha Stewart Icicle Border Punch my Owls are from Paper Studio.....add handle and wood balls for legs.

A shot of it opened.

And here a few of the pages.

Hope you have enjoyed my post today as much as I did creating this project......working on a different mini album today for the younger granddaughter hope to get it done tomorrow so I can share it.
If not have a great week-end looks like ours is going to be rainy.
